Name:Double flanged loose joint

01.Description
Double flange loose sleeve force transfer joint, mainly composed of short pipe flange, gland, body, sealing parts and so on.Through the long stud will be connected as a whole, mainly to solve the pump, valve and other equipment and pipe connection.During installation and maintenance of equipment and pipelines, the installation size can be adjusted flexibly according to the site conditions.During normal operation, the axial push and pull force can be transferred to the whole pipeline to protect the safety of the pump and valve.This series of products are widely used in urban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industries in the fluid transmission pipeline.

07.Operating principle
Double flange force transfer joint is composed of flange loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force transfer screw and other components, double flange force transfer joint is made of metal casting or welding, the loose sleeve part of the selection of trapezoidal rubber seal ring, in the role of gland and screw rubber compression elastic deformation principle.The sealing ring is forced to deform between the outer wall of the telescopic pipe of the joint body for static sealing.Adjust the telescopic star in the process of installation and disassembly. Once all the nuts are tightened, it is rigidly connected and can transmit the axial force to protect the valve, pump and other equipment.
