01.Description
Pressure Relief Valve is a hydraulically operated, pilot- controlled, modulating valve designed to maintain constant upstream pressure within close limit. This valve can be used for pressure relief, pressure sustaining, and back pressure function in a by-pass system. In operation, the valve is actuated by line pressure through a pilot control system, opening fast to maintain steady line pressure but closing gradually to prevent surges. Operation is completely automatic and pressure settings maybe easily changed by adjusting screw on top of the pilot.

07.Operating principle
Pressure reducing sustaining valve is composed of hydraulic control valve main valve and pressure relief guide valve. It is a commonly used pressure control valve to control the opening and closing of main valve through the opening and closing of guide valve.The valve is suitable for the water supply network or building water supply system to relieve pressure, so that the system pressure is not higher than the valve set pressure value, to ensure the safety of the system pipeline or to maintain the minimum water supply pressure of the pipeline in front of the valve.
